Turkey Sausage Skillet  House Made Turkey Sausage crumbled and scrambled with Eggs and a medley of Tomatoes, Red Bell Peppers, Green Bell Peppers, Onions and Broccoli

Ham and Egg Cups with Sweet Potato Hash  Two Eggs, each baked in a basket of All-Natural Nitrite-Free Canadian Bacon served on top of a Diced-N-Spiced Sweet Potato Hash

Pumpkin Muffins With Bacon  Homemade Paleo Pumpkin Muffins Spiced with Cinnamon and Vanilla alongside All-Natural Nitrite-Free Crispy Bacon


Lunch

Chicken Larb (Thai Chicken Salad) Shredded Chicken with Fresh Herbs and Lime Served with Lettuce Wraps

Sweet Potato and Cauliflower Chicken Enchiladas  Braised Shredded Chicken in Paleo Enchilada Sauce, layered with a Mash of Cauliflower and Sweet Potato

Paleo Cottage Pie  Seasoned Grass-Fed Beef with a Savory Paleo Gravy and diced Carrots and Herbs, topped with a Cauliflower and Sweet Potato Mash


Dinner

PaleoWorks Pork BBQ and Southern Style Cabbage  We slow-cook our All-Natural Pork Shoulder until it's falling off the bone, then toss it with our House-Made Paleo BBQ Sauce. Served with a side of Cabbage braised with Onions, Bacon and Organic Chicken Stock then finished with a splash of Cider Vinegar

Chicken Pesto Carbonara  Free-Range Grilled Chicken Breast in a Pesto Coconut Cream Sauce with Bits of Crispy Bacon on-top a bed of Shredded Zucchini Noodles

Hamburger Steak W/ Sweet Potato Salad  Seasoned Grass-Fed Beef Patty smothered with Sauteed Mushrooms and Onions and served with our Famous Sweet Potato Salad



2nd Delivery (Thursday) for ordering the 2-Day menu

Hungarian Beef And Roasted Root Vegetables : Cubed Beef Simmered in a Red Pepper and Paprika Sauce until Tender served over Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Parsnips, Carrots and Turnips

Southern Chicken Salad: Shredded Chicken Tossed in a Sweet and Savory Paleo Mayo with Garlic, Onions and a Dash of Honey with Toasted Walnut and Pecan And served on Salad Greens

Minced Meat Masala with Roasted Curried Cauliflower : Our Lean Grass-fed Beef Simmered in a Masala Sauce with Cauliflower Seasoned with Mild Yellow Curry and Roasted until Tender

 Country Captain Chicken: Chicken Braised with Raisins, Carrots, Tomatoes and Toasted Almonds until Falling Apart Tender Served on Roasted Broccoli
