Breakfast

• Omelette cups with mixed Roasted Nuts and Raisins
• Bacon, Tomato and Arugula Quiche with a Sweet Potato Crust

Lunch


• Chicken, Olive and Sundried Tomato Chicken salad on a bed of Baby Greens
• Miami Mojo Cuban Pork on a bed of Sautéed Plantains
• Pulled Braised Chicken w/ Warm Brussel Sprout Slaw

Dinner


• Thai-style Grass-Fed Meatloaf with a Yin/Yang Sweet Potato Duo of Japanese 
   Sweet-Potato Mash side by side with Curried Sweet Potato Mash
• Free-Range Chicken Piccata with Pesto Zucchini Noodles
• Sweet and Sour Chicken with Asian-Style veggies
